Shannon D. Rose
Shannon Rose is a licensed Realtor focused on providing trusted, expert representation to buyers and sellers in real estate transactions throughout Santa Clara County and beyond since 2004.
Shannon started her career in Silicon Valley in accounting roles at various start-ups and eventually became the controller of an angel investing / venture capital firm, giving her the edge needed in today’s challenging market. Having demonstrated an impressive track record of successes in a financial leadership role, as well as experience growing high impact teams, implementing new processes, and establishing effective relationships with clients have all been key factors in Shannon’s success in real estate.
Before becoming a licensed realtor, Shannon started her real estate career much earlier, buying and selling properties for her own for investment opportunities. After emerging herself in her new interest investing in properties, the choice was clear, and she put that passion into a full time career.

Daniel "Sully" Sullivan
Born and raised in San Jose, Sully has an extensive knowledge of Santa Clara County. With a family of Real Estate Investors, his interest in investing and real estate came at a young age. To better understand the business world, he attended San Jose State to pursure his Business Finance Degree. After graduating, it was only a natural progression to integrate into this industry and continue a family tradition.
His clients needs and wants are very important to him. He believes in a life long relationship with his clients, which he attains by keeping in contact and going the extra mile to assure they're happy with his services.
